1. Acceptance

By submitting an enquiry or order through this website you agree to these terms. Standard Catering reserves the right to update them at any time.

2. Bookings & deposits

A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Standard Catering and a deposit has been received. Enquiries and quote requests do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Advance notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for standard bookings. Events booked with less notice are subject to availability and may incur a short-notice surcharge.

4. Cancellations

  • More than 7 days before the event: full deposit refund.
  • 3-7 days before the event: 50% of deposit retained.
  • Less than 48 hours before the event: deposit non-refundable; remaining balance may apply.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in your quote. Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of setup and service unless otherwise stated.

6. Dietary & allergen information

We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements when notified in advance. Standard Catering cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Liability

Standard Catering liability is limited to the value of the confirmed booking. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
